A contemporary villa at the heart of the Al Maaden golf estate, set in three thousand square metres of garden. At the end of the lawn, a low wall and a few olive trees, then the course, stretching as far as the eye can see.
A two-storey central volume, two low wings on either side and large sliding windows across the whole façade. The salons open straight onto the porch, the pool extends the house and the golf course does the rest. The Hyatt Regency is a few minutes’ walk away.

Two salons, the same light
A large salon in orange velvet and pale linen, a sea-green salon beyond it, and the small evening salon with its fluted walnut bar and a real wood fire. The dining room seats twelve.

Each bedroom has its own monumental headboard in a different print. Four open straight onto the lawn or a patio; the suite has the upper floor to itself, with direct access to the roof terrace overlooking the golf.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before noon. We adjust the times whenever the house schedule allows.
What is the minimum stay?
3 nights in low and mid season, longer in high season and over New Year. See the rates table for details.
Is the staff included?
Yes: resident caretaker, housekeeper, 10 am to 6 pm. A private chef and other services can be booked on top.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, the equivalent of one night, returned after the check-out inspection. Tourist tax is included in our rates.
